First Heritage Mortgage, LLC seeks an AI Product Analyst to bridge vendor AI capabilities with its strategic goals. You will learn each AI product, configure workflows, document usage, and train end users to ensure adoption across teams.

You’ll manage AI initiatives end-to-end, coordinate with vendors and stakeholders, and ensure tools are leveraged effectively to deliver measurable value across the organization.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years in product analysis, program/product coordination, or a closely related role.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain deep knowledge of AI products from vendors.
• Serve as go-to resource on the AI vendor landscape and execute against AI strategy.
• Maintain a holistic view across all AI initiatives to flag dependencies and conflicts.
• Flag gaps where tools fall short to EVP for evaluation.
• Actively configure and build within AI tools (workflows, prompts, integrations).
• Prototype practical solutions using vendor tools before escalation.
