GadellNet Consulting Services, LLC. is seeking an AI Process Consultant to embed on-site with client teams, map processes, and design workflows that unlock AI-driven value.

You’ll partner with AI Engineers to translate requirements into deployable solutions and own client outcomes from first discovery through post-deployment adoption. The role combines hands-on workflow design with strategic planning and change management across mid-size organizations, delivering measurable ROI and ongoing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, Economics, Computer Science, or related field.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• 2+ years in management consulting, deployment strategy, or similar client-facing strategic role.
• Proven track record of driving complex projects to measurable outcomes.
• Strong analytical foundation with spreadsheets, ROI modeling, SQL basics; Python is a plus.
• Working knowledge of modern AI capabilities, LLMs, agents, and RAG systems.
• Ability to work independently in ambiguous, fast-moving client environments.
• Exceptional communication skills for discovery interviews and executive readouts.
• Problem-solver who identifies friction and translates it into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Embed with clients to run discovery, interview operators, map current-state processes.
• Build business cases by quantifying costs, ROI, and sequencing automation opportunities.
• Design future-state workflows with diagrams, decision logic, and integration touchpoints.
• Collaborate with AI Engineers to translate requirements into technical specs.
• Lead change management: stakeholder alignment, training, adoption tracking.
• Own client relationship end-to-end: scope, expectations, updates, escalations.
• Conduct post-deployment reviews to measure impact and identify follow-on opportunities.
• Codify reusable discovery frameworks, ROI models, and workflow templates.
