Job summary
Techstra Solutions is seeking an experienced AI Practice Lead to build, lead, and scale Microsoft AI and Intelligent Automation initiatives. You will drive strategy, solution development, client engagement, and delivery excellence across Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Azure AI services, and related Microsoft technologies from Pittsburgh.
You will partner with executives, delivery teams, and business leaders to identify opportunities, design scalable architectures, and create repeatable services
Qualifications
- 8+ years in enterprise technology consulting or related fields.
- 3+ years leading AI, automation, or emerging tech initiatives.
- Deep expertise within the Microsoft ecosystem and related tools.
- Hands-on experience with Copilot Studio, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
- Experience designing and deploying enterprise AI solutions.
- Strong governance, security, and data privacy understanding.
- Proven ability to build and scale consulting or tech practices.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Microsoft AI practice.
- Build service offerings, accelerators, and go-to-market strategies for AI and automation.
- Lead AI discovery workshops, strategy sessions, and roadmaps with executives.
- Design enterprise-grade solutions leveraging Microsoft AI technologies.
- Provide oversight for AI solution implementations from discovery to deployment.
- Drive adoption, change management, and measurable business value realization.
- Develop partner and client relationships and contribute to business development.
