Job summary
Synechron is seeking an AI Practice Lead in Charlotte, NC to drive regional AI strategy, expand capabilities, and accelerate business growth. You will lead client engagements with C-level stakeholders, shape AI offerings, and ensure successful delivery of AI-driven solutions across industries.
The role requires deep technical expertise in AI/ML, cloud AI services, and leadership experience within IT services or consulting.
Qualifications
- 15+ years in AI, ML, or advanced analytics
- At least 8 years in a leadership role within IT services or consulting
- Proven experience in scaling AI practices and delivering large-scale AI projects
- Deep understanding of AI platforms and technologies (TensorFlow, PyTorch, NLP, CV)
- Hands-on experience with LLMs (OpenAI, AWS Bedrock)
- Ability to influence and engage with senior executives
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the AI practice strategy for North America
- Grow AI offerings to meet BFSI market demands
- Oversee delivery of AI projects across sectors and ensure value for clients
- Lead and mentor AI professionals and build a scalable talent pool
