You will lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver impactful outcomes and advance new capabilities in a rapidly evolving market. The role requires 10+ years in data science leadership, 5+ years in management, and hands-on expertise in domains like NLP or time series.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in data science leadership or similar roles in financial services, actuarial, or consulting.
• 5+ years in a leadership role with team management.
• Strong communication skills for diverse audiences.
• Hands-on experience in computer vision, NLP, recommender systems, or time series analytics.
• ML engineering and production delivery experience including ML/LLMOps and cloud platforms.
• Knowledge of Databricks, Snowflake, or agentic orchestration tools (LangChain, Omnigent, Semantic Kernel).
• Proficiency in Python and modern AI product lifecycle concepts.
• Consulting experience in a professional services environment is a plus.
• Current AI leadership in financial services or insurance is a plus.
• Cloud certifications for AWS, GCP, Azure, or Databricks are desirable.
