Qualifications

3+ years as Product Owner, Product Analyst, or similar in cross-functional software teams.
Proven track record delivering digital products from concept through release.
Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and requirements documentation.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

Own and manage product backlogs, priorities, and delivery outcomes.
Facilitate sprint planning, backlog refinement, and stakeholder alignment.
Act as liaison between business stakeholders and delivery teams.
Leverage AI tools to accelerate product discovery, requirements generation, documentation, analysis, and decision-making.
Operate, monitor, and tune production AI agents across Azure DevOps and Jira via MCP APIs.
