Qualifications

• 1–5 years in a client-facing role at a high growth startup.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and work with API integrations.
• A customer-first service mindset and strong written/verbal communication.
• Comfort navigating ambiguity and rapid changes in a startup.

Responsibilities

• Become a power-user of the Zocks platform to troubleshoot issues via video, phone, chat, and email.
• Identify opportunities to teach users about features for maximum value.
• Channel user insights to product and engineering teams to shape the product.
• Maintain a high bar for clear, empathetic communication.
