Simmons Foods seeks a Manager, Supply Chain Analytics to lead the Analytics team and drive the adoption of AI, advanced analytics, automation, and Cloud ERP across the Supply Chain function. Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in Supply Chain analytics, business analytics, data engineering, or a related field.
• Demonstrated fluency with modern analytical platforms and adoption of AI, advanced analytics, automation in practical business contexts.
• Experience with Cloud-based ERP environments (Oracle Cloud preferred; Oracle/JDE valued).
• Advanced proficiency with MS Office; visualization design and build experience in Tableau/Power BI/Oracle Analytics Cloud or equivalent.
• Comfort with data mining, transformation, and modeling tools (Alteryx, SQL, Python).
• Process-driven mindset to drive efficiency gains through automation and sustainable solutions.
• Strong communications skills to translate complex analysis into executive and operational recommendations.
• Ability to foster cross-functional relationships to deliver business results.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Supply Chain Services Analyst team, setting direction and prioritizing work.
• Deliver analytics and insights across Procurement, Planning, Inventory, Transportation, and Warehousing.
• Develop and maintain reporting and data products; build data models and dashboards.
• Drive adoption of AI, advanced analytics, automation, and Cloud ERP processes.
• Govern data quality and data governance within Supply Chain; collaborate with IT/BI and business units.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to ensure visibility and alignment across Supply Chain units.
