Job summary

Nestlé USA is seeking a Senior Analyst – Supply Chain Analytics to transform complex data into actionable insights and drive digital innovation. The role focuses on AI-powered analytics, leveraging LLMs and large data platforms to enable intelligent decision-making across Supply Chain.

Responsibilities include building automated dashboards, semantic data models, and AI agents, while partnering with IT and business teams to deliver scalable analytics across a multi-platform environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Analytics, CS, Data Science, Business, Math, Statistics, Engineering, or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in a related discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in analytics; or minimum 3 years for bachelor’s level.
• Hands-on experience with SQL, Python, Scala, and DAX; PySpark preferred.
• Advanced Power BI experience and semantic modeling knowledge.
• Experience developing AI/ML or GenAI-based solutions and familiarity with LLM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Analyze large datasets with SQL/Python to deliver actionable insights.
• Develop automated Power BI dashboards for operational metrics.
• Design semantic data models to standardize business logic across platforms.
• Leverage AI/BI tools (Snowflake Cortex, Databricks Genie) for self-service analytics.
• Build AI agents and conversational analytics to enable natural language interaction with data.
• Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to ensure high-quality data assets.
• Support transition from traditional BI to AI-enabled data products and automation.
