Job summary

Pfizer is seeking a Manager, Supply Chain Operations Analyst to own AI-driven analytics for the North America logistics network. You will lead data modeling, AI readiness, and decision-support enhancements across warehousing, distribution, and 3PL coordination.

You will partner with operations leaders to translate business needs into scalable AI solutions, dashboards, and scenario simulations that improve efficiency and decision-making in a complex supply chain.

Qualifications

• Hands-on, end-to-end logistics experience across warehousing and distribution, transportation and freight, demand and inventory planning, and 3PL management.
• Applied AI/analytics experience with solutions shipped into production.
• Strong data analytics and engineering skills with SQL; Python or R preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own analytics and AI roadmap for North America logistics.
• Translate requirements into data models and AI-ready datasets.
• Develop dashboards and decision-support tools embedded in standard work.
