As a full-time, on-site Student Success Coach, you will lead energetic workshops, coach individuals, and use Coachbot analytics to identify needs and drive weekly goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 3+ years working with K-8 students as a coach, teacher, or mentor.
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead 1-hour life skills workshops for K-8 students.
• Coach students individually and in small groups using analytics and motivation systems.
• Assess mastery and provide targeted coaching until goals are reached.
• Adapt coaching for different ages from kindergarten to eighth grade.
• Analyze weekly performance data and improve outcomes for the cohort.
