Job summary

Aonic seeks an AI-Native Operations & Sourcing Manager to work directly with the CEO on an AI-powered sourcing and operations machine. You will turn ambiguous, high-stakes problems into structured analyses and actionable execution.

You will build AI-driven systems, own end-to-end projects, and relentlessly pursue learning, responsibility, and rapid growth in a high-collaboration San Francisco team.

Qualifications

• Degree from a top-tier university in engineering, science, math, business, or related field.
• Business background must include self-taught coding and basic technical fluency.
• AI-native mindset with hands-on experience using AI tools, automation and low-code solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities across operations, growth, and finance.
• Interest in solving real-world production, supply chain, warehousing, delivery, and customer experience problems.
• Extremely hungry, ambitious, and eager to take ownership and responsibility.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced 8–7 Mon-Thu and 8–5 Fri environment.

Responsibilities

• Support and improve day-to-day operations across fulfillment, customer experience, supply chain coordination, and internal workflows.
• Identify bottlenecks and design AI-driven solutions to remove inefficiencies.
• Own specific operational projects end-to-end from problem definition to execution.
• Use AI to scan the market for new products and create a prioritized sourcing pipeline.
• Build automated supplier discovery and outreach workflows at scale.
• Design AI-assisted negotiation workflows from first contact to signed agreements.
• Support financial analysis, forecasting, and unit economics with models and dashboards.
• Develop AI-powered reporting tools to inform leadership decisions.
