Job summary

Teradyne, the global test and automation specialist, is seeking a Product Manager for the Power Test Division to lead the software and AI strategy across RF, digital, and analog markets.

You will partner with marketing, engineering, sales and operations to define direction, deliver differentiated software, and evangelize new features.

This on-site role in Deer Park, IL requires 20–30% travel and offers a base salary of $155,000–$248,100 plus discretionary bonuses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the semiconductor industry.
• Experience as a software product manager at an ATE, EDA design company, or supplier to the IC industry.
• Strong software engineering background as either a software engineer or applications engineer.
• Manage product lifecycles, sales systems, third-party relations, and customer migrations to new software releases.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Collaborate across marketing, engineering, sales, operations with customers.
• Prioritize software feature requests and product enhancements in the R&D funnel.
• Willingness to travel 20–30% as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead the AI product roadmap for the Power Test Division.
• Develop business requirements and proposals for new MST software products.
• Collaborate with marketing and engineering to drive a software product roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Build competitive differentiation through sales and marketing collateral, sales training, and field engineering enablement.
• Support key strategic design-in activities, particularly those involving significant software enhancements.
• Sustain customer loyalty by evangelizing new features and capabilities, engaging user groups and media, and promoting software best practices.
