Job summary

J&T Business Consulting seeks an experienced Shopify Plus specialist to shape and execute a digital site experience roadmap across multiple storefronts. You will lead advanced Liquid development, implement AI-powered coding, and ensure high performance with accessibility and privacy standards.

You will own in-house ecommerce execution, collaborate with brand teams, and drive continuous improvements to CVR, AOV, and overall DTC growth while maintaining strong day-to-day operations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on experience developing and optimizing production Shopify Plus storefronts with advanced Liquid templating and complex customizations.
• Proven ability to use modern AI coding/design tools to speed and improve development.
• Strong ecommerce UX, conversion optimization, and performance best practices for DTC ecommerce.
• Experience with analytics platforms to inform prioritization and measure impact.
• Excellent communication, translating technical trade-offs for non-technical stakeholders.
• Organized and detail-oriented, able to own outcomes across multiple brands.

Responsibilities

• Lead advanced Shopify Liquid development, custom sections/blocks, and JSON templates across multiple storefronts.
• Leverage AI tools to generate, test, and QA code at high velocity while ensuring production quality.
• Own site speed and Core Web Vitals, diagnose and ship performance improvements for desktop and mobile.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Creative, and Brand teams to execute campaigns, landing pages, and promotions.
• Serve as the in-house technical owner for ecommerce sites and mentor team members on AI tooling and best practices.
