Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a Sales, SDR, or BDR role within SaaS or technology (or strong curiosity and drive)
• Clear, confident communicator who can engage both technical and business audiences
• Motivated by learning, iteration, and experimentation; you treat outreach like a craft
• Positive, persistent, and highly organized; you follow up, follow through, and bring energy to every interaction

Responsibilities

• Follow up with inbound and outbound prospects via phone, email, and LinkedIn to uncover fit, needs, and potential value
• Partner with Account Executives to hand off qualified opportunities and ensure a smooth buyer experience
• Capture and share insights from conversations to inform sales plays and product development
• Experiment with new channels, messaging, and automation to increase conversion and efficiency
• Use LangChain powered agents to test, learn, and improve prospecting strategies
