LangChain is hiring Sales Development Representatives to join our founding SDR team and help shape how companies adopt LangChain. You will turn high inbound interest and targeted outbound demand into qualified opportunities and create exceptional first-touch experiences for prospects.

You’ll collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Operations, using LangChain and LangGraph-powered agents to automate list building, enrichment, and outreach, freeing you to focus on high-impact prospecting and

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a Sales, SDR, or BDR role within SaaS or technology.
• Clear, confident communicator who can engage both technical and business audiences.
• Motivated by learning, iteration, and experimentation; treat outreach like a craft.

Responsibilities

• Follow up with inbound and outbound prospects via phone, email, and LinkedIn to uncover fit, needs, and potential value.
• Partner closely with Account Executives to hand off qualified opportunities and ensure a smooth buyer experience.
• Capture and share insights from conversations to inform our sales plays, product roadmap, and agent development.
• Experiment with new channels, messaging, and automation to continuously increase conversion and efficiency.
• Use LangChain powered agents to test, learn, and improve prospecting strategies.
• Work hours aligned with APAC region (2pm -10pm PST)
