Job summary

AlphaSense, Inc. in New York, NY is seeking a Research Quality Analyst on the Directed Content team to ensure accuracy and consistency across high-volume research outputs. You will sample projects, identify quality patterns, and help improve AI prompting and QA checklists.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in quality assurance, content review, or data analysis.
• Strong eye for detail and commitment to high-quality work.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience editing/proofreading.

Responsibilities

• Sample and review research projects at multiple stages to catch quality issues.
• Identify patterns in quality from process gaps or issues.
• Test and deploy process and prompt fixes to improve quality review efficiency.
• Refine and iterate on AI prompts and QA checklists/documentation.
• Track and analyze quality metrics and suggest process improvements.
• Support testing of new AI-driven tools and workflows.
