Job summary

AlphaSense is seeking a Research Quality Analyst on the Directed Content team to provide quality control across a high-volume research pipeline. You will sample and review projects from prompts to transcripts, identifying patterns and driving improvements in AI prompting and workflows to ensure accurate, consistent insights for clients.

You'll work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment with a strong emphasis on attention to detail and analytical thinking.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in quality assurance, content review, copy editing, research, or data analysis.
• Strong eye for detail and commitment to high-quality work.
• Analytical, curious, and able to spot inconsistencies in data/text.

Responsibilities

• Sample and review research projects at multiple stages to catch quality issues.
• Identify patterns in quality and gaps in processes.
• Test and deploy process and prompt fixes to improve quality over time.
• Help refine AI prompts and QA checklists.
