You will be a core technical contributor across multiple areas, driving architecture, design, and secure coding standards within an agile team.

You will lead implementation of AI-assisted development practices, ensure operational stability, and collaborate with internal and external teams to meet business objectives.

Qualifications

• Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 5+ years applied experience (NAMR/APAC – India/ LATAM/ Hong Kong)
• Hands-on practical experience delivering system design, application development, testing, and operational stability
• Advanced in one or more programming language(s)
• Demonstrated experience leading effective use of approved AI-assisted software development tools
• Strong understanding of responsible AI use in engineering workflows, including data sensitivity considerations, secure handling of inputs/outputs, resiliency and security

Responsibilities

• Executes creative software solutions, design, development, and technical troubleshooting
• Develops secure production code and reviews code written by others
• Drives adoption of AI-assisted engineering practices to improve code quality, delivery speed, and operational outcomes
• Applies SDLC tools to improve automation and value
• Identifies opportunities to automate remediation of recurring issues for stability
• Leads evaluation sessions with vendors and internal teams on architectural designs and applicability
