Formación

• 7+ years in product management, strategy, or operations within a technology product organization.
• Experience as a product manager or technical partner in an in-house HR/recruiting product role designing cross-system processes.
• Demonstrated experience shipping an AI-powered product feature end-to-end with measurable impact.
• Experience designing how a product organization operates: planning cycles, prioritization, and decision-making.
• Track record of leading cross-functional partnerships with senior leadership.
• Facilitation experience that yields decisions from executive-level discussions.
• Proficiency with data visualization tools in an AI-forward design approach.
• Strong analytical skills to frame questions, analyze data, and translate findings for leadership.
• Experience leveraging AI to streamline team workflows.
• Comfort with ambiguity and delivering practical solutions in fast-paced environments.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with engineering and cross-functional teams to design, deliver, and improve an ATS and related recruiting technologies.
• Translate strategy into an actionable agenda, aligning roadmaps, capacity, and outcomes.
• Define metrics and drive data strategy to reveal progress and inform investments.
• Identify friction and process gaps, mapping dependencies across teams and systems.
• Influence roadmap and prioritization across partner teams.
• Facilitate workshops with senior leaders to reach real decisions.
• Translate ambiguous needs into structured analysis and scalable recommendations.
• Design and maintain dashboards and self-service analytics for stakeholders.
• Explore AI applications to automate recurring analysis and accelerate research.
• Collaborate across time zones within a global team, upholding Apple values.
