U.S. Bank seeks a Product Manager, AI & Workflow Transformation to lead an Agile team supporting Global Corporate Trust (GCT), driving AI-enabled solutions that improve processes and efficiency.

You will own backlog management, roadmap execution, and stakeholder adoption of new AI capabilities, partnering with business and technology teams to deliver scalable, governed product outcomes. The role emphasizes collaboration, strategic vision, and hands-on delivery to stay ahead of evolving customer

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of product management experience.
• Advanced understanding of AI technologies, tools, and models; ability to redesign processes leveraging AI capabilities.
• Experience with Agile product development and stakeholder collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product vision, roadmap, and priorities for AI-related capabilities supporting GCT.
• Identify opportunities to re-engineer business processes through AI, automation, and workflow optimization.
• Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs, gather feedback, and translate requirements into scalable product solutions.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog, including epics, features, and user stories; lead backlog refinement and ensure alignment across teams.
• Drive AI-enabled initiatives that enhance productivity, decision-making, and operational effectiveness; evaluate and adopt emerging AI tools and platforms.
• Collaborate with the Senior Product Manager to execute strategy, communicate priorities, and lead adoption activities.
