The role centers on shipping new features while owning production issues, collaborating with Product and Engineering to craft new user experiences and iterate rapidly in a fast-moving startup.

You will work across frontend and backend, leveraging AI tools and modern web stacks to deliver accessible, innovative experiences for a remote-first team.

Qualifications

• Must have a product-focused engineering approach.
• Strong ownership and end-to-end delivery capability.
• Experience building user-facing features and iterating quickly.
• Comfortable working across frontend and backend, with AI tooling.
• Experience with modern web stacks and collaboration with Product/Design.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship product features end-to-end, focusing on new feature development.
• Debug and fix production issues quickly with good judgment on user impact.
• Partner with Product to turn ideas into shipped experiences and influence UX decisions.
• Use AI actively in development, debugging, prototyping, and iteration.
• Move quickly across the stack to improve product quality, speed, and usability.
• Help the team ship faster through execution, ownership, and product-minded engineering.
