Linear is a remote-first company building the product development system for teams. We’re looking for a Product Engineer with 2–5 years of experience to ship new AI-powered features and UI components using React and TypeScript.

You’ll collaborate with founders, product, and design to take ideas from concept to shipped features, improve performance, and help us maintain a high-velocity engineering culture across North America and beyond.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years building customer-facing products at a software company.
• Strong React and TypeScript fundamentals with end-to-end feature delivery.
• Experience across full-stack development with attention to UX, speed, and polish.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with founders, product and design to implement new concepts.
• Build AI-powered functionality into core Linear features.
• Update the collaboration editor and ship new UI components.
• Improve application performance and scalability.
• Refine development processes to maintain high velocity.
