Job summary

DNV seeks a Product Manager to lead a portfolio of power forecasting products used by energy operators, traders, and asset owners globally. You will own product vision, roadmaps, and lifecycle, integrating physics-based models with AI to deliver value.

The role blends end-to-end product ownership with AI-native workflows, collaborating across engineering, data science, UX, and commercial teams in a hybrid/remote-friendly setting. Strong English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, data science, atmospheric science, or related field.
• 5+ years of product management experience in digital, data, or SaaS products.
• Experience managing products across full lifecycle.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in data-driven environments.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Pre-employment drug and background screening.

Responsibilities

• Own product vision, roadmap, and lifecycle for power forecasting products.
• Define and execute product strategy aligned with customer needs and market dynamics.
• Drive commercial performance, including pricing, packaging, and positioning.
• Identify and deliver novel power forecasting capabilities leveraging physics and AI.
• Design agentic workflows that automate forecasting, diagnostics, and optimization tasks.
• Translate AI/ML capabilities into scalable product features and value.
• Partner with data science on model development, validation, and monitoring.
• Manage product backlogs, releases, and priorities with engineering teams.
• Define requirements and acceptance criteria; lead product validation.
• Use data and experimentation to improve product performance.
• Conduct customer discovery and workflow analysis.
• Engage with customers to understand use cases; support GTM activities.
• Collaborate across engineering, data science, UX, and commercial teams.
