Job summary

Keystone is seeking a Data Visualization Engineer to build enterprise-grade BI solutions with a strong focus on Power BI, data modeling, and AI-assisted analytics. You will partner with stakeholders to transform complex data into actionable insights and scalable self-service analytics.

You will collaborate with data engineers and analysts under the VP of Data & Analytics to deliver intuitive dashboards, reports, and analytics applications across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in CS/IS or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years in BI, data analytics, or data visualization.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power BI.
• Strong SQL skills, ability to write/optimize complex queries.
• Experience with cloud data platforms such as Databricks or Snowflake.
• Dimensional modeling and enterprise semantic modeling experience.
• Ability to optimize Power BI reports and datasets for performance.
• Knowledge of data quality, validation, and reconciliation.
• Experience translating business requirements into analytical solutions.
• Proficiency with Generative AI or AI-assisted tools in BI workflows.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and analytics applications for business/executive audiences.
• Translate complex requirements into intuitive analytical experiences.
• Develop scalable semantic models, measures, and calculated columns using DAX.
• Apply dimensional modeling techniques (star schema, fact/dimension design).
• Design dashboards with strong data visualization, UX, and storytelling principles.
• Optimize Power BI solutions for performance, scalability, usability.
• Implement advanced Power BI features (drill-through, bookmarks, dynamic measures, etc.).
• Lead AI-enabled BI initiatives to accelerate development and insights.
• Collaborate with data engineers to define datasets and data models.
• Perform data profiling, validation, reconciliation, and troubleshooting.
