Job summary

Keystone is seeking a Data Visualization Engineer to build enterprise-grade BI solutions with Power BI and AI-assisted analytics. You will partner with stakeholders to translate complex data into intuitive insights and scalable self-service analytics across the organization in a remote-ready US environment.

The role emphasizes data modeling, DAX development, and advanced visualization techniques to empower business users with actionable dashboards and reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS or related field.
• 3+ years in BI, Data Analytics, or Data Visualization.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power BI.
• Strong SQL skills; write and optimize complex queries.
• Experience with Databricks or Snowflake.
• Design dimensional data models and enterprise semantic models.
• Optimize Power BI reports for performance and scale.
• Proficient in data quality, validation, and reconciliation.
• Translate ambiguous requirements into analytical solutions.
• Proficiency with Generative AI in analytics workflows.
• Evaluate AI outputs for accuracy and context.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Able to pass criminal background checks.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, scorecards, and analytics apps for business/executive audiences.
• Translate complex requirements into intuitive analytical experiences.
• Develop scalable semantic models, measures, and calculated columns using DAX.
• Apply dimensional modeling techniques (star schema, fact/dimension tables).
• Create dashboards with strong data visualization, UX, and information hierarchy.
• Optimize BI solutions for performance, scalability, usability.
• Implement drill-through, bookmarks, tooltips, dynamic measures, and advanced capabilities when appropriate.
