Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of experience building AI tools, automations, or applications using large language models or ML frameworks.
• Proficiency in prompt engineering, AI agent development, and LLM-based workflow design.
• Hands-on experience with AI platforms and APIs such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or comparable providers.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment with rapidly changing priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills – written and verbal, with the ability to explain AI concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience integrating AI tools with third-party platforms via APIs or automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zapier, Make).
• Commercial real estate knowledge or experience is a plus.

• Design, build, and maintain AI-powered tools, automations, and workflows that support the Marketing team’s digital marketing operations.
• Develop and refine prompts, agents, and pipelines using large language models (LLMs) to automate content creation, data processing, and campaign tasks.

• Prototype and test new AI applications, evaluating performance and iterating based on team feedback and business outcomes.

• Build and manage AI-assisted content generation workflows that maintain brand voice, quality standards, and client expectations.
• Monitor and maintain deployed AI tools, troubleshooting issues and ensuring reliability across production environments.
• Research and evaluate emerging AI models, platforms, and frameworks to inform the team’s technology roadmap.
• Document AI tools and processes to support team adoption, training, and knowledge transfer.
• Ensure responsible and ethical use of AI in all tools and workflows, including data privacy and quality control standards.
