You will translate marketing needs into precise, developer-ready requirements and collaborate with Product Owner, Scrum Master, and Technology teams to ensure sprint-by-sprint progress.

Qualifications
- Experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or related role in a complex environment.
- Experience in marketing operations or campaign management workflows.
- Experience writing clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and requirements in Agile/Scrum.
- Familiarity with AI-powered product or workflow tooling is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate requirements packages for Technology with thorough traceability.
- Draft technical requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Translate marketing needs into unambiguous specs for developers.
- Participate in grooming sessions and sprint planning; ensure backlog readiness.
- Support UAT planning, defect tracking, and release readiness.
