Job summary

Retail Reinvented in West Hollywood, CA is seeking a Marketing Intern to work with agency leadership on live client and in-house brand work. You’ll use AI tools daily to research, draft, design and measure marketing, and you’ll help ensure outputs are accurate and effective.

Responsibilities include AI-assisted marketing, design in Canva and Figma, audience segmentation, paid ads support, content creation, analytics from Shopify/GA4, and video support for our YouTube series. Hybrid LA-based role.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in or recently graduated from Marketing/Communications/Design/Business program
• Strong writing skills and a good visual eye
• Hands-on curiosity with AI tools
• Comfort with spreadsheets and basic numbers
• Organized, reliable, and able to take direct feedback

Responsibilities

• Use AI tools to research, draft, design and repurpose content
• Design social graphics, ad creative, email layouts in Canva and Figma
• Build customer personas and segment email/SMS lists (Klaviyo)
• Support campaign setup, testing and weekly reporting on Meta, Google and TikTok Ads
• Write and schedule social posts, blog articles, product descriptions and email campaigns
• Pull data from Shopify, GA4 and ad platforms; turn it into performance summaries
• Plan, shoot and edit short-form video; support YouTube interview series
