Alliant Energy seeks a Marketing Communications Project Specialist II to lead development and execution of detailed project plans and integrated marketing communications campaigns. This role supports Corporate Communications and Community Foundation initiatives, coordinating strategy, audiences, and outcomes across diverse projects.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing and/or Communications, or related field preferred.
3 years of combined experience in marketing, communications, and project management required.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute detailed project plans aligned with Corporate Communications strategy.
Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage timelines and budgets for IMC campaigns.
Leverage AI-enabled tools to support content development and workflow efficiencies.
Collaborate with Account Managers to analyze post-campaign data and report performance.
