Repligen is building a best-in-class in-house marketing agency to accelerate global marketing execution. The Marketing Program Design Specialist is a highly execution-focused marketer responsible for turning strategy into integrated campaigns across channels.

This role blends creative design, campaign operations, and AI-enabled productivity. The ideal candidate will manage campaigns end-to-end, collaborate with product and regional teams, and deliver high-quality output at scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Design, Communications, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in marketing execution, campaign management, or creative marketing roles.
• Experience with multi-channel campaigns in a fast-paced, matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

• Execute integrated omni-channel campaigns across digital, web, email, social, and print.
• Translate briefs into high-impact deliverables aligned with brand standards.
• Own day-to-day campaign build and deployment for speed and quality.
• Collaborate with Strategic, Product, and Regional teams for cohesive programs.
• Develop marketing assets and content across channels with strong design thinking.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate content creation and campaign delivery.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects with timelines and cross-functional approvals.
• Build and deploy campaigns in marketing automation platforms and optimize workflows.
• Monitor campaign performance and iterate based on data insights.
