Litera is seeking a Legal Product Consultant to join the Legal Knowledge Engineering team. You will bridge sophisticated legal practice with AI-powered technology, partnering with law firms to integrate Litera's products into daily workflows and shape the product roadmap.

Ideal candidates hold a JD, active bar admission, and at least 2+ years in transactional law, with strong client-facing and training experience. Travel approximately 30% is required.

Qualificações

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Active bar admission in at least one U.S. state.
• Minimum 2+ years practicing transactional law.
• Proven client-facing experience and ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong presentation and training capabilities; excellent communication.
• Willingness to travel approximately 30% of the time.
• Ability to translate client needs into actionable product requirements and drive adoption.

Responsabilidades

• Lead onboarding and adoption programs for law firms implementing Litera's AI-powered products.
• Design and implement custom integration strategies aligned with client workflows.
• Conduct in-person and virtual training to demonstrate product value.
• Build relationships with key stakeholders and act as trusted advisor on legal tech strategy.
• Travel to client sites (≈30%) to provide hands-on support and optimization.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to implement AI-driven solutions based on client needs.
