Jerry.ai is building the first AI-powered advisor to manage all your physical assets, from car to home. The Legal team leads core operations, scaling with AI and low-code workflows to automate repetitive tasks and ensure regulatory compliance.

You report to the Legal Counsel and own projects from start to finish, thriving in a fast-paced startup environment. This role supports filings, audits, and research while enabling overall governance and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an academically rigorous program.
• Track record of owning projects from start to finish and solving problems without being told how.

Responsibilities

• Build and optimize legal processes using AI and low-code tools.
• Handle filings, deadlines, and audits with precision.
• Collaborate with Legal Counsel on research, contract reviews, and other projects.
• Investigate escalations to root causes and turn issues into training for teams.
• Lead audits across operations and drive compliance improvements.
