Job summary

Uline is seeking an IT Project Manager to drive application development and AI initiatives for its North American operations. You will oversee planning, scheduling, risk assessment and stakeholder communication in a fast-paced corporate IT environment.

With 5+ years of IT project management experience and a strong background in agentic AI software delivery, you will coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure on-time delivery of critical projects.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT, CS or related field.
5+ years of IT project management experience leading complex software development.
Proficient in AI tools, including Copilot, Claude or similar.
Experience leading teams delivering agentic AI software solutions.
H1-B lottery not participating by Uline.

Responsibilities

Oversee the planning, coordination, execution and completion of IT Application Development projects.
Organize and facilitate project meetings with senior IT and business leaders.
Create detailed project plans with timelines, milestones, risk assessments and staffing needs.
Provide clear and informative project updates to stakeholders.
Monitor and document project risks and issues, escalating with solutions as needed.
