Qualifications

• 3+ years building production software, ideally with data‑intensive systems.
• Fluency in a modern backend language and comfort across the full stack.
• Hands‑on experience with LLMs or applied machine learning is a strong plus.
• A bias toward shipping and a high bar for quality.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and operate data pipelines and internal research applications.
• Integrate large language models and AI systems into practical investing workflows.
• Partner directly with the investment team to translate needs into tools.
• Own systems end to end, from prototype through production reliability.
