Job summary

AI Digital is seeking an AI Implementation Engineer to design, build, and maintain internal automation tools and workflows that power day-to-day operations. You’ll work with n8n, LLM APIs (Claude, OpenAI), and AI-assisted development tools like Replit and Claude Code to deliver practical solutions for internal teams.

The role is hands-on and fast-moving, offering ownership over features and close collaboration with users to iterate on solutions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience in QA, analytics, or project management.
• Hands-on programming experience welcomed.
• Experience building, debugging, and maintaining workflows in n8n or Make.com.
• Ability to build and ship functional applications using AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Replit, Cursor.
• Understanding of APIs, webhooks, and data flows; troubleshoot integrations.
• Basic SQL proficiency (BigQuery) for reading/working with structured data.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management; collaborate with technical and non-technical teams.
• Understand business processes, translate requirements into practical tools and automations.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain n8n workflows automating internal processes.
• Troubleshoot and improve existing automations for reliability and efficiency.
• Develop and launch lightweight internal tools using AI-assisted tools.
• Integrate systems via APIs and webhooks including LLM APIs like Claude/OpenAI.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to translate needs into solutions.
• Test tools/workflows, gather feedback, deliver improvements as needed.
• Contribute new features to the team’s Operational Hub and assist with technical decisions.
• Take ownership of projects from requirements to launch and support.
