SiPhox Health is seeking a hands-on engineering lead to drive AI-enabled development, guide the SDLC, and ship distributed systems in production. You will stay hands-on while mentoring a small team and owning how software is built across the stack.

Qualifications

• 5+ years building production software as a full-stack engineer.
• Hands-on AI coding tools integration into a real development workflow.
• Experience designing and running SDLC practices that help a team ship faster.
• Experience managing or mentoring a small team of engineers.
• Designing, deploying, and scaling distributed systems on cloud platforms.
• Full-stack ownership of backend services and frontend experiences.
• Experience building complex datasets and supporting reporting.
• Excellent communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI-enabled development process across the lifecycle.
• Define and evolve the SDLC with version control, CI/CD, testing, and observability.
• Lead and grow a small team of engineers.
• Own architecture and implementation of backend services and full-stack features.
• Collaborate across clinical, sales, finance, and operations to translate requirements into reliable software.
• Build and maintain datasets and data pipelines powering reporting.
• Take features from design through deployment and observability in production.
