Responsibilities

• Embed with business teams across BETA to identify and solve operational problems.
• Design, develop, and deploy full‑stack web applications, internal tools, and APIs.
• Leverage AI and LLM technologies to accelerate development and workflows.
• Translate ambiguous requirements into clear technical designs for stakeholders.
• Assess feasibility and communicate tradeoffs to leadership and teams.
• Maintain technical documentation and support long‑term adoption.
