Job summary

Kraft Heinz is seeking a Finance Lead for FP&A Intelligence to own the end-to-end analytics and automation stack that supports budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. You will work hands-on in building AI-powered analytics and agent layers, reporting to the Associate Director, and enabling finance partners to make faster, better-informed decisions.

You will implement automated pipelines, consolidate data from SAP/S4 and Snowflake, and drive self-serve FP&A tools across BU finance teams in

Qualifications

5–8 years of FP&A, finance analytics, or data engineering in a large organization.
Hands-on with Snowflake; Snowflake Cortex or LLM API experience preferred.
Able to build automated analytics pipelines with Python, SQL, and Power BI.
Experience designing AI agents or copilots in an enterprise finance context.
Familiar with SAP/S4 FP&A data structures like P&L hierarchies and cost centers.
Deep FP&A mechanics knowledge: budget cycles, rolling forecasts, LRP, variance drivers.
Bachelor’s in Finance/Accounting/Engineering; advanced degree or CFA is a plus.

Responsibilities

Own the FP&A Intelligence capability within the Finance Capability & Technology, FP&A/Commercial pillar.
Build AI-powered analytics, automation, and agent layers to support budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
Automate month-end close and forecast cycles, replacing manual consolidations and templates.
Own SAP/S4 and Snowflake data pipelines feeding FP&A analytics for accuracy and auditability.
Create self-serve FP&A tools and dashboards for BU finance partners.
