Job summary

Evolution Motion Solutions seeks an FP&A Financial Analyst to drive financial planning, budgeting, and reporting. This role builds models and dashboards to turn data into actionable insight, with emphasis on automation and AI-assisted analysis for faster decision support.

Candidates should have 2–3 years in FP&A or analytics, strong Excel skills, and experience in Power BI. ERP experience with Epicor Prophet 21 is a plus, with cross-functional collaboration across sales and operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, data analytics or a related field.
• Experience building Power BI reports and dashboards.
• Hands-on ERP experience with Epicor Prophet 21 is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepares daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for business leaders.
• Builds Power BI dashboards and reports for self-service access to key metrics.
• Automates recurring data gathering, reporting, and reconciliation tasks.
• Partners with sales, operations, and functional leaders to translate analysis into actionable recommendations.
