Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience defining and implementing complex enterprise architectures.
• Minimum 5 years of experience creating roadmaps and developing business cases.
• Minimum 2 years of technology/architecture consulting experience at a consulting firm.
• Minimum 5 years of experience leading teams, facilitating client workshops, and developing architecture recommendations.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience; MBA or related graduate degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver major enterprise architecture workstreams with accountability for quality and timeliness.
• Coach junior team members and build EA capability within the engagement team.
• Develop architecture insights leveraging AI and industry trends for client recommendations.
• Support sales, proposals, and account growth through strategic EA opportunities.
• Engage with strategic partners to strengthen client architecture recommendations.
• Drive thought leadership, assets, and market-relevant offerings in EA and AI.
• Travel may be required 0–100% depending on business needs.
