Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in e-commerce or DTC, including brand growth and online storefronts.
• Strong coaching and client development skills.

Responsibilities

• Teach core e-commerce strategy, direct-to-consumer marketing, and brand development to clients.
• Help clients manage e-commerce platforms and optimize product listings and conversion rates.
• Guide clients on customer acquisition, retention, digital marketing, SEO for e-commerce, market research, and fulfillment & logistics, including AI tools.
• Provide resume review, LinkedIn guidance, cover letter tips, interview prep, networking strategy, salary negotiation, and broader skill-building for freelancing.
