Leland is seeking an experienced search fund and ETA coach to guide aspiring entrepreneurs through thesis development, industry targeting, deal sourcing, and due diligence.

You will also support investment analysis, funding strategy, and investor relations, while applying AI fundamentals and automation to modern search and deal processes. Coaches set their own hours and rates and work virtually with our team.

Qualifications

• Experience running a search fund or completing an acquisition.
• Coaching or mentoring experience.
• Ability to break down complex strategic and financial concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

• Guide searchers through thesis development, industry and company targeting, deal sourcing, and due diligence.
• Provide investment analysis and funding strategy.
• Support investor selection and board/investor management.
• Build a process roadmap and operational strategy for post-acquisition success.
• Apply AI fundamentals, AI agents, AI automation, and AI outreach to deal processes.
