Kiss Nail Products, Inc. is seeking an E-commerce Content & Operations Specialist to manage visual assets and day-to-day operations for the B2B platform. You will produce banners, videos, and marketing assets while coordinating promotions and launches with cross-functional teams.

The role emphasizes brand-aligned visuals, on-time go-lives, and leveraging AI tools to improve efficiency. Collaboration with Sales, Marketing, IT, and Operations is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Arts degree required.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in design or e-commerce.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle high-volume work.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage online visual content: website banners, infographics, GIFs, and short-form videos.
• Maintain Product Detail Page (PDP) content and imagery.
• Coordinate promotions, product launches, and campaigns with Marketing and Sales.
• Use AI tools to accelerate asset creation and workflows while preserving brand quality.
• Support UX/UI testing and A/B experiments to improve customer experience.
