Job summary

Cirque du Soleil Entertainment Group is seeking a Data Scientist to join our Business Analytics team and help build scalable analytical capabilities across the organization. This hands-on role partners with marketing, ticketing, revenue, digital and customer analytics to translate complex questions into data-driven solutions.

You will develop models and AI-enabled workflows, work with large datasets, validate outputs, and clearly communicate insights to both technical and non-technical audiences

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience in data science, analytics, or a related technical field.
• Proficient in SQL and Python with capability to transform and analyze complex datasets.
• Experience with predictive modeling, ML, forecasting, experimentation, and data architecture.

Responsibilities

• Partner with analysts and business stakeholders to translate complex business questions into analytical solutions, models, and data products.
• Develop predictive and statistical models to understand demand, customer behavior, and revenue opportunities.
• Design and develop scalable analytical datasets and data models.
• Work hands-on with large datasets to identify trends and data quality issues.
• Explore and scale AI-enabled analytical workflows and validate AI outputs.
• Communicate technical concepts and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
