Job summary

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Python, Go, TypeScript/JavaScript with polyglot stack.
• Experience with Next.js/React and backend FastAPI/Node.js.
• Hands-on Generative AI tooling, LLM integration, RAG pipelines, or agent orchestration.
• Knowledge of security/GRC domains: OWASP, NIST 800-53, ISO 27001, PCI DSS.
• Familiarity with asynchronous task queues (Redis, Celery).
• Experience with relational databases and SQL.
• Containerized development with Docker.
• Experience with JIRA and ServiceNow.
• Strong communicator, able to work independently and mentor a small team.
• Industry certifications such as Security+, CISSP are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop internal security platforms spanning backend services, REST APIs, and analyst dashboards.
• Build agentic AI pipelines for security analysis, evidence collection, and control validation.
• Ingest structured/unstructured security artifacts into internal platforms.
• Create analyst-facing reporting to surface findings, posture, and risk indicators.
• Leverage GenAI tooling to reduce manual security operations.
• Develop automation scripts in Python, Go, or TypeScript.
• Collaborate with AppSec, GRC, and M&A teams to translate requirements into features.
• Evolve data models and storage for analytics.
• Track platform health, adoption metrics, and KPIs for leadership.
• Ensure secure development standards and regulatory compliance (PCI DSS, NIST, ISO 27001).
• Lead sprint ceremonies, reviews, and act as engineering touchpoint for security stakeholders.
