Incerta Intelligence Inc. is seeking a Chief Technology Officer to lead the technical vision, architecture, and hands-on engineering for an AI-native platform. You will own security, deployment strategies, and customer-facing technical conversations with mission customers and partners.

You will drive architecture across model orchestration, data guardrails, and evaluation while guiding the engineering team through secure SDLC and government compliance. A strategic, hands-on leader is essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years professional software engineering with leadership roles.
• Hands-on experience with AI-native development and enterprise deployments.
• Experience with LLM orchestration, evaluation, retrieval, and guardrails.
• Cloud-native architecture and Kubernetes expertise.
• Secure SDLC and government compliance experience.
• Ability to lead executive and government-level technical discussions.

Responsibilities

• Define the technical vision and architecture for the platform.
• Contribute hands-on to the core platform and tackle complex challenges.
• Oversee secure SDLC, threat modeling, and compliance.
• Lead deployment into GovCloud, air-gapped, and disconnected environments.
• Manage customer-facing technical relationships and partnerships.
