Job summary

This role is part of the CTI Technology Operations function and will help modernize tools, workflows, and platforms across the organization. Qualifications

• Strong Python programming and scripting experience.
• Experience building automation from stakeholder requirements.
• Experience applying AI to workflows, applications, or automation.
• Experience with AI-assisted development, AI automation, or AI agent development.
• Ability to integrate applications, platforms, or technical services.
• Ability to gather requirements and translate operational problems into technical solutions.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Translate requirements into Python code, automation workflows, and technical solutions.
• Develop and maintain Python-based automation for CTI operations.
• Support design and development of a new AI-driven platform.
• Build AI-assisted workflows, agent-based solutions, and application functionality.
• Develop enhancements for internal applications and technology platforms.
• Integrate cybersecurity tools via APIs and SDKs.
• Partner with CTI analysts, engineers, and stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.
• Maintain and optimize security tools and integrations.
• Support vendor-managed platforms and evaluate future technology solutions.
• Identify opportunities to reduce manual effort and improve CTI efficiency.
