U.S. Bank, a leading financial services firm in the United States, is seeking an Information Security Engineer to develop Python-based automation and AI-enabled technology for its Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI) team.

The role focuses on building scalable solutions, modernizing tools, and collaborating with analysts and business stakeholders. The successful candidate will translate requirements into code, contribute to an AI-driven platform, and help reduce manual effort while enhancing CTI

Qualifications

Strong hands-on Python programming and scripting experience.
Experience building automation solutions from stakeholder requirements.
Professional experience applying AI to workflows, applications, or automation.
Experience with AI-assisted development or AI agent development.
Ability to integrate applications, platforms, or technical services.
Ability to translate operational problems into technical solutions.
Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Translate stakeholder requirements into Python code, automation workflows, and solutions.
Develop and maintain Python-based automation for CTI operations.
Support design and development of a new AI-driven platform.
Build AI-assisted workflows and integrations across tools.
Enhance internal applications and technology platforms.
Integrate cybersecurity tools via APIs and SDKs.
Partner with CTI analysts and engineers to deliver scalable solutions.
Maintain and optimize security tools and integrations.
Support vendor-managed platforms and evaluate future tech.
