Job summary

Amazon’s Credit and Fraud Risk Management team seeks a Senior Manager to own the strategic vision and multi-year roadmap for a next-generation risk platform. You’ll build and lead a high-performing PM team and guide AI-driven enhancements across credit decisions, fraud detection, and risk operations.

You’ll collaborate with Science, Engineering, and business partners to shape architecture, set priorities, and deliver measurable improvements in efficiency and customer experience.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of team management experience.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
• Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the 3-5 year strategic product vision and roadmap for credit and fraud risk management.
• Build, lead, and develop a team of product managers and people managers.
• Drive innovation through Generative AI and AI agents for credit decisioning, fraud detection, and risk operations.
• Set the technical product strategy for AI capabilities in credit and fraud systems.
• Influence strategic direction across Payments, Amazon Business, and Seller Partner Services with clear narratives and metrics.
